In this class you will learn a range of metal smithing skills including ring sizing, forming, stamping, soldering, patina, and clean up. We will start by figuring out your ring size (for any finger!) then you will decide how wide you’d like your sterling silver ring band to be. From there, you can personalize your ring adding letters, numbers or designs making a ring that is completely unique to you! Next, we will be covering soldering basics for your particular project (a perfect intro class to soldering!) followed by clean up and finishing. Please note: if making to give as a gift, please come prepared with the recipients exact ring size!

The class price has two options:
Single: One project for one person! This is the option to choose if you’re not sure if you want to bring a buddy or want to have a night out on your own.
Pair: reflects two projects- one for you and one for your metalsmithing partner taking the class with you.

All materials provided by the Adorned Studios.

Please wear comfortable clothing to class, nothing too loose or baggy and your hair pulled back if needed, and bring an N95 or equivalent mask to wear while soldering.

Class will be held at The Adorned Studios, 100 Boxart St, Studio 279 on the evening of Thursday, Jan 22nd 6:30-8:30
